With over 30 years on the actor side of the industry, Bill began Novastar Pictures with the idea of a company that values quality in production, as well as the value of the people involved in each production. His extensive knowledge of being both in front and behind the camera enables Bill to offer a total approach to producing projects of the highest quality - and on budget.

George Barker Barrett III, Vice President

George comes from a history dating back 3 decades, which includes work at NBC and Orion Films. A dedication to quality and perfection are his key attributes. As Vice-President, George will oversee day-to-day operations as well as working directly with investors and other producers to ensure the highest quality of production.

Carl Taliaferro, Creative Consultant

Carl brings over 25 years of creating over 20 films across all media. He studied under Allen Tuskes and now mentors award-winning makeup artists. He hosted "Old-School Horror" on the internet for two seasons. As a well-known makeup artist, his ability to create and imagine is out of this world! His creative talents go beyond makeup. Carl can take one creative thought and turn it into twenty.

Arne Starr, Graphic Design

As a professionally trained artist for over 25 years, Arne has produced illustrations for dozens of top-rated companies worldwide. His work appears in many publications as well as on hit TV and film productions. His mastery of the art range from character design to product illustration and from corporate image to science fiction and fantasy.

Peter Swartz, Colorist

Peter brings 20 years of post-production industry experience to Novastar Pictures. From top-of-his-class at a Hollywood Audio/Video engineering school, Peter began assisting top commercial and film colorists in the industry. Committed to fulfilling his dream, Color Space Finishing was born in 2011. Novastar Pictures welcomes Peter to the team.
